  • S 2132 / HR 2847 - End Racial Profiling Act
    Sen. Russell D. Feingold (D-WI) &
    Rep. John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI)
    Since 9/11, race, religion or ethnic background has been a factor in hundreds of investigations.   This bill would prohibit any law enforcement agency from engaging in any racial profiling activities, either tying their hands or saving our liberties, depending on how you see it.
