let Bush and Kerry opt out of public financing and spend billions
on campaign advertising.
- Section 8 Entitlements
The department of Housing
and Urban Development has announced that 2004 rent subsidies for
poor families who receive Section 8 housing support will be
limited to the adjusted equivalent of 2003 amounts. HUD is
also proposing a Flexible Voucher Program that shifts control of
funds from the fed to the states.
